Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Thu 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Sat 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

We close for lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 1:00 - 2:00. We are open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month. Closed Sundays and Tuesdays.

Effective 06/01/2010:
If you fail to cancel your office appointment at least 24 hours ahead or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a "No Show Fee/ Cancellation Fee". The cost of this fee is $25.
